2001, tractor manufacturer Hattat Traktör made a contract with a Romanian company, Tractorul UTB S.A, and then started the production of the tractors of Universal brand in 2002. Following this, in 2002, it started to manufacture Valtra branded tractors which is a brand of the Finnish firm Finland Valtra Inc. After this period, the company decided to manufacture its own brand’s tractors which are Hattat tractors as a result of domestic tractor production studies in 2007.
