As a dairy products manufacturer company, Tire Milk Cooperative; With hundreds of cooling tanks and tankers, it has taken all milk under the cold chain since 2006. In milk purchase centres established in 62 village centres, milk is collected in accordance with food safety by on-site control. Businesses with automatic milking systems that produce more than 250 litres of milk per day are considered as a farm. The cooperative regularly takes samples from the farms and makes pricing according to the analysis results (in line with the Milk Quality Values).
The livestock of the cooperative partners is taken under the control of a veterinarian and slaughtered and transformed into products under hygienic conditions in the meat processing facility established with the support of the İzmir Development Agency. Tire Shish Meatballs and Tire Sausage have produced returns on the market in Turkey. In the factory of the cooperative established with the support of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Livestock, milk is cooled with solar energy. Turkey’s first plant for the production of Organic pasteurized milk; Raw milk, pasteurized milk, yoghurt, buttermilk, butter are produced.
