Tahsildaroğlu is among the best of cheese manufacturers in Turkey. Founded as a family business, cheese manufacturer Tahsildaroğlu has a long history in the sector with its nearly 50 years of experience. The family first started with food wholesale, later they realized the insufficiency, and they started a seasonal dairy farm business in 1978 in order to get cheese with the quality and taste they want. As a consequence, the company established its own production facilities in the Ezine Bayramiç district of Çanakkale in 1996. The more the production capacity increased the more the company widened its sales area.

Cheese manufacturer Tahsildaroğlu, which produces its products through a careful production process, only collects the milk of cows, sheep and goats grazing in the foothills of the South Marmara, Ezine, Bayramiç and Kaz Mountains and matures the cheeses obtained by using natural yeast and salt for at least 9-12 months.
