Ova Süt is a milk manufacturer company. It was founded in Konya in 1954 by Halil Akpınar. The company started to produce a few tons of traditional flavours such as cheese, yoghurt, and butter, and in 1977 it established the first pasteurized milk and milk products factory in Konya and its surroundings. It was restructured under the name of Akova Milk and Milk Products in 1994 and established its modern facilities. The milk manufacturer company, Ova Süt has a daily capacity of 1000 tons in a 2500 m2 closed area. After moving to the modern facility, it also started to produce whey and milk powder, which are by-products.
