Activities of Keskinoğlu
In the production of chicken meat, in the cooling phase, which is one of the most critical points after slaughter, it uses a 5-kilometer air cooling system, which they first used in the sector, and offers chicken meat products with water content close to zero. Thus, the company ensures that consumers do not pay for water instead of chicken meat while achieving healthier products. In order not to break the cold chain, which is the most important criterion in food safety, starting with the air cooling system, it regularly invests in the superiorities brought by the latest technology to keep all production stages under control until the products reach the end consumer.
Besides the classic egg in the 2000s, each per R & D work is the first brand of qualified egg production started in Turkey with different characteristics. There are six different types of products: Organic eggs, which we obtain from chickens fed with organic feed and without any additives, and Cage Free eggs obtained from chickens grown in poultry houses by European Union standards.
