Serenata Machine is a company engaged in industrial production for the bakery sector in Turkey. It was established in 1996 in Trabzon. First, they produced bakery products, then they decided to establish a well-equipped workshop and produce their own machines.
The company, which produces its own dough machine by making industrial production in a short time, now exports dough machines to European, African and Middle Eastern countries. It produces a machine capable of sheeting the dough that can be produced by 50 people a day. Machines are used at least two Serenat in every province of Turkey.
Serenat Makina, a family company, is completely local and computer controlled. They produce two types of machines; One model has a production capacity of up to 40 kg per hour, while the other produces up to 60 kg per hour.

This industrial production makes the baklava dough 0.07 mm. It can thin up. It offers the possibility to change the thickness of the dough from the control panel using the touch screen. This machine has the feature of cleaning the rollers. This industrial product, which works without dough, does not cause any deformation in the rollers.

Thins the dough up to 0.07 mm. It works without dough. It is water-cooled. Failure tracking of the machine is easy. There is an emergency button on the panel.
