Eris Yem is a feed manufacturer company in Turkey. It was established in 1991 in Istanbul. The facility, which operates with a capacity of 30 tons/hour per year, renewed itself in 2008 and reached a capacity of 50 tons/hour. It aims to grow and develop continuously with its quality and innovative service to understand that it undertakes even in challenging and variable market conditions.
In 2015, the feed manufacturer Eriş Yem established its second facility with 100 tons/hour capacity. Thus, it has reached a capacity of 150 tons/hour. The company, which always aims to present the best, closely follows technological developments and offers them to the service of its customers.
Missions at Feed Industry
As a feed manufacturer company in Turkey: To better understand the problems of the farmers and to test the feeds they produce, in addition to the Bovine R&D Farm, which started operating in 2002, the Küçükbaş R&D Farm was also launched in 2011. There are around 150-200 animals. In addition to testing the feeds produced here, researches are also carried out on increasing milk and fattening performance, the most economical feeding method, animal health, and breeding/keeping. It always improves its activities to provide better service to its customers.
In the Small R & D Farm, the sire lines used are selected by paying attention to the offspring’s high fertility and survival. After the birth of lambs, live weight gains at birth, their feed utilization rates, and how they react to different feeding methods are monitored. Its primary purpose is to offer the most suitable, best quality, most profitable, and fertile products to its customers, and it researches and develops every day for this purpose.
